PERSONAL STATEMENT:

I have been at the OAS since 1998 and worked for years as a CPR before having the opportunity to become a staff member.  As such, if elected, I will continue to encourage a culture of transparency and integrity that ensures that the OAS personnel be kept informed of and, whenever possible, consulted about potential changes that might affect them.  I also pledge to work for the safeguard of the rights of OAS personnel and promote new opportunities for professional development.
