ELECTORAL PROCESS 2014-2015
VOTING IN OFFICES AWAY FROM HEADQUARTERS
RETIREMENT AND PENSION FUND
Members affiliated to the OAS Retirement and Pension Fund in the Member States may vote via email. In accordance with the established Statutes, staff working in the Member States will be able to vote only on June 26, from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Washington DC time.
To check if your name is on the list of voters for the Retirement and Pension Fund please click here.
Print the attached ballot, mark your favorite candidates (No more than 1 for President and no more than 1 for Alternate) scan it and send it via email to Ms. Brenda Santamaria ([email protected])

FONDO DE PENSIONES Y JUBILACIONES
Se comunica a los miembros afiliados al Fondo de Pensiones y Jubilaciones de la OEA en Estados miembros que pueden votar por correo electrónico. De conformidad con los estatutos establecidos, el personal que trabaja en los Estados miembros podrá votar únicamente el 26 de junio, de 9:30 am a 5:30 pm, hora de Washington DC.
