The OAS Staff Association regrets to inform the staff of the passing of

 Mrs. Lía Muñoz Quesada, in San José, Costa Rica, on November 11, 2011.

  Mrs. Lía Muñoz Quesada  was the mother of our dear colleague,

Mr. Rogelio Sotela, who works in the Department of Sustainable Development,

at OAS Headquarters.
