The Staff Association invites the OAS Staff to celebrate
The Children Christmas Party Sunday, December 4, 2011 2:30 pm – 5:00 pm Hall of the Americas OAS Main Building
Register by November 30th All staff members and their children under the age of 10 years old are welcome, after completing the attached form and sending it to the Staff Association (Office GSB-846) before November 30, 2011.
If you register for the party before November 30, you will receive a complimentary ticket to participate in a raffle with amazing prizes for your children. The raffle Number can be picked up at the Staff Association’s Office when presenting the registration form, or at the entrance of the Hall of the Americas.

La Fiesta de Navidad de los Niños Domingo 4 de diciembre de 2011 2:30 pm – 5:00 pm Salón de las Américas Edificio Principal de la OEA
Regístrate antes del 30 de noviembre Todos los miembros de Personal son bienvenidos con sus hijos menores de 10 años, completando el formulario adjunto y enviándolo a la Asociación de Personal (Oficina GSB-846) antes del 30 de noviembre, 2011.
Si te registras antes del 30 de noviembre recibirás un ticket para participar de sorteos de maravillosos premios para tus niños y niñas. El número de la rifa podrá retirarse en la Oficina de la Asociación del Personal al entregar el formulario de registro, o a la entrada de la fiesta.
