The OAS Staff Association regrets to inform the staff of the passing of Mr. Edward Cutler, in Bethesda, Maryland on June 12, 2012.
Mr. Edward Cutler was the husband of our dear colleague, Mrs. Yacsire Cutler, Chief of the Support for the Project Management Section Department of Planning and Evaluation at the OAS Headquarters.
