OAS Annual Bazaar

The Staff Association cordially extends an invitation to the “2012 OAS Annual Bazaar of the Americas” to be held on October 24^th and 25^th 2012 from 9:30am to 5:00pm, at the OAS GSB Building, Terrace level.

We are still taking applications from vendors who wish to participate on this event. Please must fill-in the attached application and send it to the OAS Staff Association office (GSB 622)

Please read carefully the participation guidelines and do not forget to include the corresponding registration fee. Applications deadline is October 19th 2012. You may contact the Staff Association office for any additional inquiries at Ext 6255.

We will be glad having you as a participant in this year’s bazaar.

     La Asociación del Personal invita a los funcionarios a participar       en el “Bazar Anual de las Américas OEA 2012” el cual se llevará     a cabo los días 24 y 25 de Octubre 2012 de 9:30 a.m a 5:00 pm en    el piso TL del Edificio GSB de la OEA.  

Los interesados deberán completar el formulario de inscripción adjunto y enviarlo por correo a la oficina de la Asociación del Personal OEA (GSB #622).

   Solicitamos leer las reglas de participación e incluir la cuota de      inscripción correspondiente. Las solicitudes se recibirán hasta      el  día 19 de octubre 2012.
