The OAS Staff Association regrets to inform the staff of the passing of Mr. Joseph Belot Dormeus, in Haiti, on April 20, 2014 Mr. Joseph Belot Dormeus was the father of our dear colleague, Mr. Jean Ricot Dormeus, who works at the OAS National Office in Guyana.
