Seminar on U.S. Immigration Issues and Related Topics
There are a number of ways to obtain permanent residence status (the "Green Card") in the United States. Below, we outline several of those options:
- Sponsorship by U.S. citizens
- Sponsorship by permanent resident relatives
- Special Immigrants
- A petition based upon a job offer and sponsorship by an employer
- Registry
- Refugee or asylum status
- Diversity Visa Lottery Program
