DAYCARE SERVICES QUESTIONNAIRE
In order
to update the data gathered from last year’s questionnaire on the level
of interest among
OAS staff at headquarters and the Permanent Missions to the OAS
in establishing daycare services at the General Secretariat,
the Staff Association has developed the attached questionnaire.
We ask
you to participate by completing the questionnaire and returning it
to the Staff Association, GSB 838-A
before October 18, 2005.

ENCUESTA GUARDERÍA INFANTIL
Con el fin de actualizar la información recopilada del cuestionario del
año pasado sobre el nivel
del interés entre el personal de la OEA en la sede y de las Misiones
Permanentes ante la OEA
con relación al establecimiento de un servicio de guardería infantil en
la Secretaría General,
la Asociación del Personal ha desarrollado el cuestionario adjunto.
Por favor participe llenando el cuestionario y devuélvalo a la
Asociación del Personal, GSB 838A,
antes del 18 de octubre de 2005.
