Mr. Domingo Vizcaino: Winner of the 2006 National Offices Incentive Award 
 Mr. Domingo Vizcaíno of the Office of the General Secretariat in the Dominican Republic, winner of this year’s “National Offices Incentive Award”, receiving his recognition from the Secretary General and the Assistant Secretary General for 35 years of uninterrupted service to the OAS.

El Sr. Domingo Vizcaíno de la Oficina de la Secretaría General en República Dominicana, ganador del premio “Premio de Incentivo Oficinas Nacionales” de este año, quien recibe del Secretario General y el Secretario General Adjunto el reconocimiento por 35 años de ininterrumpido servicio a la OEA.
